• No arrests were made.

• A 39 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:02 a.m. for misuse of plate, failure to have insurance, and operating a motor while under license suspension.

• A 31 year-old man of Russo Avenue was arrested at 12:58 a.m. and charged with assault in the third degree, strangulation in the third degree, disorderly conduct, and unlawful restraint in the second degree.

• A 20 year-old woman of Van Horn Drive was arrested at 2:06 on a warrant charging her with failure to pay or plead a citation.

• A 25 year-old man of Laurel Street was arrested at 9:15 p.m. and charged with larceny in the second degree and burglary in the third degree.
