• A 19 year-old man of Elmwood Way was arrested at 8:19 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and reckless driving (traveling at greater than 85 miles per hour) following a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Cow Hill Road.
