The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. • A 38 year-old Madison man was arrested at 9:57 a.m. on a warrant charging him with larceny in the sixth degree, forgery in the second degree, criminal impersonation, possession of drug paraphernalia, and interfering with an officer. This man is a multiple repeat offender.

• A 58 year-old woman of Princess Pine Lane was issued a misdemeanor summons at 7:51 a.m. for failure to have insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Carter Hill Road near Valley Road.

• Illegal dumping was investigated on Airline Road at 5:47 p.m.
