Westbrook Police Incident Report for Oct. 15 and 16

The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. • No arrests were made.

• A 48 year-old Bridgeport man was arrested at 3:28 a.m. and charged with two counts of violation of probation for local crimes. He was held on a $15,000 surety bond pending an unspecified court date.
