    Guilford Police Incident Report for Nov. 8

    The Guilford Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names.     • A 56 year –old North Haven resident was charged on a warrant with fifth-degree larceny.

    • Snow and slushy road conditions between 5:55 a.m. and 9:42 a.m. brought four reports of one-car accidents involving vehicles sliding off the road on Boston Post Road, Little Meadow Road, I-95 Exit 57 on-ramp, Durham Road and Mirror Lane.

    • A student reported for walking away from Guilford High School, 11a.m., was located on Long Hill Road and transported back to the building, 605 New England Road.

    • A caller asked police to warn the driver of a mini-school bus after the driver reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign on Millstone Road entering Route 77, cutting off the caller. The vehicle was headed southbound carrying students at the time. Police were given the bus identification number.

    • Police are investigating a report of a burglary break-in at a Guilford home. No other details were provided.

    • A small purse containing a license was found on Long Hill Road.
