The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. • A 24 year-old man of Van Horn Drive was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.

• A 35 year-old woman of Lenox Street was arrested at 3:30 a.m. at Stop & Shop and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and failure to play or plead a citation. In the same incident a 45 year-old North Branford man was charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 38 year-old woman of Coe Avenue was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on a warrant charging her with threatening in the second degree.
