The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns   of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content. Sunday, Feb. 27Senior correspondent Jason J. • A 40 year-old Branford man was arrested at 1:43 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, having weapons in a motor vehicle, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, disobeying the signal of an officer (first offense), and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

• A 32 year-old woman of Bonny Lane was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:33 p.m. for failure to have insurance and operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension on Carriage Drive near Old Post Road.

• A 23 year-old Westbrook man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:20 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension on East Main Street in front of Walgreens.
