• A 20 year-old woman of Dale Street was arrested at 12:21 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and breach of peace in the second degree.

• A 26 year-old man of North High Street was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:28 a.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident).
