The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. • A 36 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 12:07 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving following a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Killingworth Turnpike south of Egypt Lane.

• A 16 year-old was arrested at 9:37 a.m. and charged with eight counts of criminal mischief in the third degree. The arrest was the result of a follow-up investigation into a series of criminal mischief acts in town.

• A larceny was investigated on Glenwood Road by Officer Adrian Santos at 7:32 a.m.
