    Groton Town

    Kristoffer Thomas, 31, of 9 Hunter Road, Norwich, was charged Saturday with criminal impersonation and interfering with a police officer.

    Brian Perrotta, 21, of 98 Dartmouth Drive, Mystic, was charged Saturday with second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

    New London

    Yahida Kemp, 33, of 48 Crystal Ave., Apt. A67, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.

    Desmond Ballinger, 21, of 27 Catherine St., was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order, interfering with a police officer, breach of peace, first-degree trespass and risk of injury to a minor.

    Eugene Coston, 38, of 235 Connecticut Ave., was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor and threatening.

    Jonathan Allen, 20, of 124 Sheraton Lane, Norwich, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    Edward Pescatello, 45, of 145 Yantic St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with evading responsibility and unsafe movement.

    Dimas Garzon, 30, of 27 Denison Ave., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to display plates.

    State Police - Montville

    Justindean D. Coffey, 27, of 526 Canterbury Turnpike, Norwich, was charged Friday in Lisbon with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny.

    Robert K. Frew, 42, of 406 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday in Griswold with first-degree forgery and third-degree larceny.

    Andrew K. Bingell, 24, of North Grosvenordale, was charged Friday in North Grosvensdale with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Michael J. Kankel, 21, of 22 Kendall Road, Lisbon, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to carry minimum insurance.

    Michele Jackson, 40, of 1 N. Main St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

    Bill Boulet, 22, of 45 Gooseneck Hill Road, Canterbury, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, criminal violation of a protective order and breach of peace.

    Stonington

    Joseph S. Pollard, 50, of 51 Pawcatuck Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of alcohol and drugs and failure to drive right.

    A 16-year-old was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Waterford

    Omayra Reyes, 38, of Willimantic, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, speeding and refusal to show identification.
