The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Monday, May 14

• A 54 year-old man of Chalker Beach Road was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct following a 911 call from Serenity Sober Living in Westbrook. The house manager reported that a client returned highly intoxicated, flipped over furniture, and screamed obscenities.

Tuesday, May 15

• A 47 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 2:56 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and a motor vehicle license violation following 911 calls reporting erratic operation of a motor vehicle. The accused was stopped by troopers and failed a standardized field sobriety test.
