Richard Allen, 44, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with carrying and sale of dangerous weapons and possession of narcotics and Monday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jessica Lugo, 25, of 309 Crystal Ave., Apt. No. 8E, New London, was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, having weapons in a vehicle, failure to drive right and possession of hallucinogens.

Joseph Allen, 19, of 8 Waseau Place was charged Monday with possession of hallucinogens and criminal impersonation.

Keith Ashman, 32, of 144 Huntington St. was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

David Mailhotte, no age listed, of 11½ Bridge St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Anthony Bozsum, 23, of 60 Fort Shantok Road, Uncasville, was charged Monday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Daniel F. Holly, 46, of 11 Lester Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Joseph M. Wread, 41, of 258 Pequot Trail, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Waterford

Michael Walrond, 43, of 65 Oak Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license or registration and driving an unregistered vehicle.
