Tuesday, Dec. 10

• A 57 year-old Middletown woman was issued a citation at 9:09 p.m. for failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway after the 2003 Nissan Sentra she was operation veered off the roadway and struck a wire rope guardrail. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.
