Fermin Navarro, 35, of 44 Poquonnock Road was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and a stop sign violation.

Elvin Valentin, 31, of 93 State Pier Road, Apt. C17, New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps.
