• An unidentified person was issued a citation at 9:08 a.m. for possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than ½ ounce of marijuana. The citation was issued following the reported of suspicious activity at the Route 9 exit 6 commuter parking lot.
