    Groton Town

    Amber K. Watson, 48, of 219 Toll Gate Road was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Debra E. Mitchell, 55, of 102 Whalehead Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with use of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, failure to display plates and having a defective windshield or wipers.

    Travon Johnson, 33, of 22 Grand St., New London, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license or registration, failure to maintain the proper lane and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Brandon Ralph, 20, of Berlin was charged Oct. 24 with third-degree criminal mischief.

    Benjamin Gionfriddo, 27, of West Hartford was charged Oct. 24 with third-degree criminal mischief.

    AE Sacksouvanh, 52, of St. Johnsbury, Vt., was charged Oct. 20 with being a fugitive from justice and second-degree forgery.

    Gary J. Walker, 27, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Tommie White, 61, of 202 Colman St., Apt. 110, was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

    Jennifer Hack, 30, of Stratford was charged Tuesday with three counts of violation of probation.

    Pedro L. Martinez, 44, of 17 Redden Ave. was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and interfering with a police officer.

    Eduardo Rodriguez-Dejesus, 27, of 13 Blackhall St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and two counts of breach of peace.

    Dennis Higgins, 51, of 31 Willetts Ave. was charged Tuesday with violation of probation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Wayne Dowdell, 51, of Plainfield was charged Sunday with patronizing a prostitute.

    Marian Freehart, 21, of 51 Fourteenth St. was charged Sunday with prostitution.

    Egas Amado, 41, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Brandi Naholnik, 37, of 110 Fellows Road, Oakdale, was charged Oct. 19 with breach of peace.

    Christopher Blomstadt, 23, of 16 Nautilus Road, Groton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

    George Tucker, 38, of 378 Norwich Ave. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and driving without a license.

    Dominique Shankle, 26, of 62 Oakwood Knoll was charged Monday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Samantha McInerney, 22, of 223 Elizabeth St. was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Nacoma Jackson, 32, of 50 Melrose Park was charged Monday with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

    State police - Montville

    Brian Belous, 30, of Newtown was charged Saturday in Waterford with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Ricky Wasilewski, 22, no town available, was charged Monday in Montville with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Jeremy Gileau, 24, of 34 Phillips St., Jewett City, was charged Monday with being a fugitive from justice, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stonington

    Stephen C. Tussisi, 46, homeless, was charged Monday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.
