Morgan Gray, 23, of 32 Huntington Avenue, Norwich, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.
Kevin Smith, 28, of New Haven, was charged Monday with two counts of violation of probation.
Naomi Edgett, 45, of 225 Pequot Avenue, New London, was charged Monday, with second-degree failure to appear in court and misuse of plates.
Angelo Vazquez, 32, of East Hartford, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates and driving without minimum insurance.

Allison Daniels, 60, of 48 Granite Street, #4, was charged Wednesday with unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.
Justin Granger, 36, of 166 Willetts Avenue was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Daniella Snell, 35, of 55 Blackhall Street was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Patricia Tierney, 62, of 195 Williams Street. 1B, was charged Wednesday with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court.
Stephen Bowers, 39, of 27 Flint Street, Groton, was charged Wednesday with assaulting a public safety officer.
James Tyropolis, 67, of no known address, was charged Tuesday with 13 counts of violation of a protective order, breach of peace and harassment.
