    Cathrine Cleary, 58, of Essex, was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    Christine Komkeuzis, 53, of 16 Franklin St., #402, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court and sixth-degree larceny.

    Isaiah Murray, 39, of 7 Tyler Ave. was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, third-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Heather E. Spaulding, 52, of 44 Norwich Ave., #24, was charged Saturday with two counts of possession of narcotics and one count of interfering with police.

    Romanita Cruz, 25, of 79 Fifth St., #11, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Taylor Hodson, 30, of Caribou, Maine, was charged Monday with three counts of illegal use of a credit card and two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

    Arcadio Torres, 41, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jessica R. Houle, 36, of 57 Potash Hill Road, Sprague, was charged Saturday in Sprague with use of drug paraphernalia, sale of narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.

    Ryan A. Adcock, 27, of 111 Caroline Road, Bozrah, was charged Thursday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Christopher C. Munzer, 23, of Hartford, was charged Wednesday in Montville with evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Stonington

    Amanda L. Caswell, 33, of 110 Brookside Lane, unit 4, Pawcatuck, was charged Oct. 12 with driving with a suspended license.

    Miguel Costa, 32, of 130 Noble Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration and speeding.

    Dorian C. White, 18, of 56 Moss St., Pawcatuck, was charged Oct. 7 with carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, improper use of markers, driving without minimum insurance, failure to drive right, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and possession of alcohol by a minor on a public street.

    Leah R. Davis, 45, iof 24 Bergendahl Dr., Griswold, was charged Oct. 7 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Ronald E. Emery, 76, of 25 Lathrop Avenue, Pawcatuck, was charged Oct. 13 with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

    Katie M. Main, 42, of 389 North Anguilla Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Oct. 14 with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.

    Douglas B. Grosse, 59, of 61 Old Stonington Road was charged Oct. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Jose Barahona-Cabrera, 32, of 101 Route 165, Preston, was charged Oct. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Evan C. Speck, 39, of Bradford, R.I., was charged Oct. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Tanyia Warren, 21, of 32 Notkins St., Hamden, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
