Alvindow E. Goode, 32, of 11 High St., was charged Oct. 9 with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Hector Santana, 43, of 123 Ashcraft Road, New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to have minimum insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle and misuse of plates.

Bobby Porter, 35, of 205 Elm St., New London, was charged Friday with violation of probation.
