    Groton Town

    Joycelynn D. Green, 26, of 743 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Suite 2, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with use of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance-first offense.

    James A. Vocolina, 28, of 5 Laurel Ave., Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and violation of probation.

    Justin P. Fournier, 45, of 75 Lafayette St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with violation of protective order and second-degree breach of peace.

    Melissa J. Bollenbach, 35, of 130 Christy Hill Road, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance-first offense, and criminal attempt of sale of narcotic substance.

    Rachel M. Sanborn, 41, of 55 Colman St., New London, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of violation of probation.

    Barbara A. Houle, 50, of 217 Brandegee Ave., was charged Oct. 16 with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Christopher A. Bagdis, 41, of Burlington, was charged Oct. 15 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and improper turns.

    Sean L. Lyons, 33, of Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 15 with improper stop/turn signal lamp, use of drug paraphernalia, sale of narcotic substance, and possession of a controlled substance-first offense.

    Chelsea Lorenzano, 23, of 18H Flint Lock Road, Ledyard, was charged Oct. 14 with evading responsibility.

    Tyischa N. Mcintear, 35, of 72 Branford Ave., was charged Oct. 14 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Bruce G. Baker, 40, of 27 Comstock Ave., Ivoryton, was charged Oct. 13 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and use of drug paraphernalia.

    Philip R. Murray, 48, of Enfield, was charged Oct. 13 with violation of probation.

    Waterford

    Emily Meyer, 47, of 171 Rope Ferry Road was charged Thursday with reckless driving and on Friday with evading responsibility and third-degree criminal trespassing.

    Justin Patton, 18, of Manchester was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor and sixth-degree larceny.
