William Garrett, 58, of Hartford, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics.

Felicia String, 31, of 45 Depot Road was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have headlamps lit and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Chuck Jammal, 36, of 38 Lee Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to carry a license.

Thomas Fino, 35, of 138 Huntington St. was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug parapheralia.
