Hast, 31, of 227 Dr. Foote Road, Colchester, was charged Monday with operation of a drug factory, two counts of sale of narcotic substance, five counts of possession of narcotic with intent to sell/dispense, five counts of possession of a controlled substance-first offense, and seven counts of illegal possession of weapon in a motor vehicle.

Dion Roach, 47, of 17 Boswell Ave. was charged Monday with two counts of violation of probation.

Kristin I. Elliott, 32, of 105 Roath St. was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.

Kailey Herbert, 30, of 201 W. Main St., Niantic, was charged Tuesday with two counts of violation of a criminal protective order.

Rolando S. Montanez, 21, of 90 North St., Apt. 2L, was charged Tuesday with following too closely, evading responsibility and driving with a suspended license.

Josue J. Patron, 33, of 27 Lenox Ave., Apt. 1, Jewett City, was charged Monday in Griswold with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Robert Turnbull, 60, of Mesa, Arizona, was charged Saturday in Montville with possession of a controlled substance and carrying an unauthorized item into a correctional institution.

Waterford

James King, 35, of 50 Flat Rock Road, Old Lyme, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to display reflectorized safety number plates.

Michaella Delciampo, 41, of 28 Green St., New London, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
