Cates, 62, of 57 Crown Knoll Court, Apt. 84, was charged Nov. 11 with illegal use of a facsimile firearm, disorderly conduct, second-degree assault on an elderly victim, second-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation, first-degree unlawful restraint, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Tashara A. Wilson, 47, of 24 Anthony St., Apt. E, Griswold, was charged Nov. 10 with risk of injury to a child and two counts of second-degree breach of peace.
