    State police ― Montville

    Chelsea Platt, 33, of 59 North Main St., Griswold, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer.

    New London

    A juvenile was charged Saturday with misuse of plates, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without a license.

    Laverne M. Richardson, 54, of 70 Fuller St., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

    Yessenia Gomez, 33, of 42 Riozzi Court, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

    Lisa Ragsdale, 54, of 97 Vauxhall St., was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Jones Neequay, 44, of 182 Central Ave., Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

    Norwich

    Christopher Lee, 49, of 164 Sandy Lane, was charged Friday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Robert Tindle, 52, of 29 Ore St., was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Angel Dominguez, 45, of 277 Laurel Hill Ave., was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Jessica Ng, 18, of 7 Western Ave., was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Waterford

    Anthony McCants, 34, of 126 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, evading responsibility, driving with a suspend license, possession of narcotics and interfering with an officer.

    Fredrick Colby, 41, of New Britain, was charged Sunday with illegal possession of weapon in a vehicle, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, unauthorized manufacturing/sale of narcotics, violation of a restraining order, illegal possession of an electric defense weapon and failure to have taillights.
