    East Lyme

    Luis G. Barrera, 32, of Clinton, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Michael T. Bonelli, 34, of 5 Attawan Road, Apt. A, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and violation of a protective order.

    Reid D. Judd, 63, of 11 Grand St., Apt. 2, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Josiama C. HIggins, 20, of 112 Flanders Road was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor, interfering with an officer, breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    Stacia M. Rosado, 25, of 36 Orchard St., Apt. 2, New London, was charged Sunday with third-degree larceny and first-degree forgery.

    Groton Town

    Larry K. Porter, 44, of West Warwick, R.I., was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Sigfredo Hidalgo, 46, of 10 East Woodland Drive East was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, third-degree strangulation/suffocation, second-degree unlawful restraint, two counts of risk of injury to child, and two counts of third-degree assault.

    Joette Garey, 48, of 38 Dean Road, East Lyme, was charged Monday with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a weapon in motor vehicle.

    Jeremy Q. Haynes, 53, of 35 Union St., No. 203, New London, was charged Monday with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a weapon in motor vehicle and criminal possession of a firearm/ammunition/defense weapon.

    David N. Tate, 41, of 66 West Coit St., New London, was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a restraining order, possession of weapon in motor vehicle, criminal possession of a firearm/ammunition/defense weapon, second-degree harassment, first-degree threatening, and two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon.

    Jennifer M. Lambert, 49, of 191 Shennecossett Parkway, was charged Feb. 8 with fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

    Demitress Dumas, 53, of 95 Vauxhall St., No. 3, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault and first-degree unlawful restraint.

    Louie P. Abdul, 45, of 36 Haughton Road, Bozrah, was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Kesia MacDonald, 33, of 303 Mohegan Park Road, #16, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Angel Dominguez, 46, of 76 Laurel Hill Ave., #2, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Pierce E. Roberts, 51, of 9 Clairemont Ave. was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

    Willie J. Grant-Hall, 40, of 120 Cliff St. was charged Feb. 6 with possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Corey Tanner, 42, of 47 North St. was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics.

    Dwayne P. Anderson, 44, of 29 Twelfth St. was charged Thursday with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

    Anthony Zemko, 51, of 286 Briar Hill Road, #3, Groton, was charged Thursday with two counts of violation of probation.

    Dylan J. Trask, 30, of 92 Washington St., #1, was charged Feb. 10 with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a traffic control signal and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Danny Nieves, 35, of 29 S. Park St., Apt. 1, Windham, was charged Sunday in Montville with possession of a controlled substance.

    Julien Vazquez, 29, of Rhode Island, was charged Sunday in Montville with possession of a controlled substance.

    Lamar D. Fluker, 44, of 112 Brandegee Ave., Groton, was charged Sunday in Montville with possession of a controlled substance.

    Waterford

    Derek Alston, 33, of 115 Woodland Dr., Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without minimum insurance and misuse of plates.

    Tatyana Ascher, 25, of Agawam, Mass., was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
