    Angel Ramos, 38, of 72 Connecticut Ave., was charged Thursday with seven counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Cody Santos, 28, of 210 Thames St., Apt. 4, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to maintain proper lane.

    Ramesh Asudani, 57, of Newington, was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny.

    Mark J. Campbell Jr., 43, of 35 Sol St., Griswold, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

    Michael Tovshteyn, 20, of Stamford, was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal mischief an possession of drugs.

    Colleen Webb, 37, of 8 Summer St., Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with two counts of violation of a protective order.

    Emile Tsuma, 40, of 325 Huntington St., was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Darren McNair, 55, of 325 Huntington St., was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

    Fernando F. Santana, 41, of 120 Elizabeth St., was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Mason Dourado, 34, of 347 Plainfield Road, Jewett City, was charged Saturday with three counts of risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Melissa Lawrence, 43, of Killingly, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Devin J. Walsh, 29, of 9 Pearl St., Apt. 4, New London, was charged Saturday with first-degree harassment and criminal violation of a protective order.

    Donovan Beard, 18, of 34 Ridgewood Ave., was charged Saturday with interfering with an officer, breach of peace and assaulting a public safety officer or emergency medical personnel.
