Rita C. Lyons, 71, of 5 Mill Road, East Lyme, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Norwich

Shaylin Bilal, 21, of 27 Norwich Ave., #4, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Danielle A. Lamboy, 26, of 3-O Gregory Road was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.
