Dominique Mercure, 34, of 288 Benham Road was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, and using a cellphone while driving.

Christopher A. Caswell, 48, of 153 Mirra Drive was charged April 25 with violation of protective order, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Kristy A. Limpert, 49, of 23 Washington Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged April 25 with third-degree assault, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, assault on a public safety/emergency medical/transit/health worker, second-degree breach of peace, and first-degree intimidation due to bias.

Benjamin J. Barboza, Jr., 40, of 10 Gregory Road, Norwich, was charged April 26 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling too fast and failure to maintain the proper lane.

William Lehninger, 34, of 325 Huntington St., was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree failure to appear in court, and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
