Tyrone C. Brown, 30, of 411 Hickory St., Apt. 1 was charged May 5 with three counts of violation of probation.

Julie Batts, 45, of 500 Boswell Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count of fifth-degree larceny.

Jacqueline Penney, 55, of 202 Coleman St., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with an improper registration, driving without minimum insurance, driving with a suspended license and failure to display a reflectorized safety number plate.

Chaun Perry, 42, of 264 Washington St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Nicolas Davis, 30, of 666 Vauxhall St. Extension was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics.

Marion Watts-Tramel, 23, of 43 Crabappple Lane, Groton, was charged Tuesday with traveling too fast for conditions, two counts of driving with a suspended license and driving without minimum insurance.
