    Elizabeth J. Guinn, 37, of 72 Central Ave., was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace, and second-degree threatening.

    Juan M. Acevedo, 32, of Hartford, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace, two counts of third-degree assault, and three counts of second-degree threatening.

    Nicholas J. Velletri, 24, of 73 Colony Road, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Brookayla Simmons, 33, of 20 Main St., No. 4, Mystic, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Michael L. Keith, 51, of Lancaster, Pa., was charged Sunday with interfering with an officer/resisting, second-degree breach of peace, and first-degree criminal mischief.

    Jaffet Amador, 24, of 7 Williams St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and operating motor vehicle while using handheld telephone/electronic device/texting.

    Diana Clark--Hall, 49, of 1882 Center Groton Road was charged Thursday with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Stonington

    Samantha M. Gunther, 29, of 47 Forestview Drive, Norwich, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Tiffany Harvey, 41, of 29 D St., unit D, was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor and child endangerment while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Robert T. Burns, 58, of Lebanon, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Illena Y. Lamphere, 23, of 73 Pierce St., unit 3, Westerly, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a child passenger under 18, two counts of risk of injury to a minor and failure to drive right.
