Nicholas L. Parsons, 39, of 447 Boston Post Road was charged Sunday with two counts risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Mayra Tapia-Molina, 45, of 130 Boston Post Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Franklin Cruz-Espinosa, 23, of New Britain, was charged May 10 with driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to have minimum insurance coverage and disobeying the signal of an officer.
