Michael C. Watrous, 47, of 239 Flanders Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stephanie N. Eldridge, 33, of Willimantic was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

Michelle M. Cleare, 32, of 618 E. Main St. was charged Thursday with one count each of disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and two counts of violation of probation.

Michael Graham, 38, of 360 Benham Road, Groton, was charged May 21 with possession of narcotics and failure to use a turn signal.

State police - Montville

Donald A. Davis, 45, of 37 1/2 Providence St., Norwich, was charged May 29 in Lisbon with driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to wear face protection.

Jason M. Roy, 46, of 119 Hell Hollow Road, Voluntown was charged May 27 in Voluntown with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Kareemah Oumar, 22, of no certain address, was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Amie Trzaskos, 49, of 50 Palmer St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.

Karrie Sparks, 45, of Rhode Island, was charged Wednesday with child endangerment while driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Katherine Stokes, 40, of Colchester, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
