Misael L. Rodriguez, 38, of 71 Hawthorne Drive, was charged Sunday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Anthony Lukowski, 18, of 112 McKinley Ave., was charged on Tuesday with two counts of breach of peace, carrying and sale of a dangerous weapon and third-degree criminal mischief.

State Police ― Montville

Angel N. Bermudez, 53, of Massachusetts, was charged Friday in Preston with possession of a controlled substance, interfering with an officer, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
