Robert McMullin, 24, of East Haven, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.
Norwich
William Macer, 23, of 342 Franklin St., was charged Monday with first-degree reckless endangerment, breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and two counts of first-degree criminal mischief.
