Roseen Gill, 51, of 261 Laurel Drive, New London, was charged July 24 with driving with a suspended license and misuse of plates.

Katherine Cepeda Marte, 20, of 80 Boswell Ave., #1, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Jorge L. Morales, 37, of 40 Hamilton Ave., #2, was charged Sunday with misuse of plates, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle.
