Gonzalez, 37, of 29 Talman St., No. 3, Norwich, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of more than one ounce of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of more than a half gram of crack cocaine with intent to sell, operation of a drug factory and three counts of possession of narcotics.

Victor E. Perez, 27, of no certain address was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor, threatening, third-degree assault and first-degree failure to appear in court.
