William Fetzer, 56, of Terryville, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Waterford

Michael Marshall, 43, of 1010 Maple Tree Lane, East Lyme, was charged Monday with impersonating a police officer and second-degree forgery.

Matthew Essency, 47, of Wallingford, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Camilo Henriquez-Brito, 20, of 163 Huntington St., New London, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Joshua Sturgill, 46, of 26 Braman Road was charged Tuesday with second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child.
