Laura Bailey, 58, of 215 Main St., Apt. 338, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to carry a license.

Joseph J. Desantis, 38, of 2 Addison Way, Apt. 2D, was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order.

Kelly Fantacci, 58, of 32 Evergreen Lane, Oakdale, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

David Stewart, 54, of Madison, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to display a license plate, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Stonington

Ronald Farias, 66, of 812 Stonington Road, Apt. 103, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

William G. McElhaney, 39, of 411 Wheeler Road was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

Norman R. Riley, 58, of 21 Huntington St. Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Katrina J. Henry, 67, of 24 Owen Drive was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Tyrone W. Rogers, 52, of Milford, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace, assault on a public safety official, second-degree reckless endangerment, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, second-degree criminal mischief and risk of injury to a child.
