    Groton Town

    Andrew R. Williams, 26, of 210 High Rock Road was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief.

    Alexandra Mcnally, 32, of 53 Wayne Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Monica A. Schank, 36, of 470 Gold Star Highway, No. 101, was charged Wednesday with traveling unreasonably fast, evading responsibility, failure to obey a traffic control signal, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree breach of peace.

    Hainef R. Baker, 27, of 16 Spaulding St., No. 3, Norwich, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court, disorderly conduct, and third-degree assault.

    Mark Brown, 48, of 173 Route 12, No. 421, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Kendra E. Shuck, 32, of 53 South Road was charged Sept. 8 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Elizabeth A. Greene, 36, of 47 Park Ave. Ext., Montville, was charged Sept. 7 with disobeying the signal of officer, failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to display lights, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree forgery and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

    Victor M. Saiminikis, 37, of 34 Jefferson St., No. 2, was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

    Kevin Coleman, 33, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree harassment, first-degree threatening, second-degree trespass and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Rontae Witherspoon, 36, of 39 Moore Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor, interfering with police and third-degree assault.

    Norwich

    Brittany M. Wood, 32, of 9 Cockle Hill Road, Salem, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, illegal use of a motor vehicle without an ignition control device and reckless driving.

    Stonington

    Tyler J. Harman, 18, of 86 S. Broad St., Apt. 207C, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.
