Raymond Mejias, 46, of 426 Route 163, Apt. 3, was charged Thursday with two counts of risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Jessee Pond, 37, of 17 Cinderella Lane, Waterford, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Christopher Chihocki, 53, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Vincent P. Parker, 38, of 21 Locust St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sept. 29 with possession of a weapon on school grounds.

Stephanie G. Boudreau, 34, homeless, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Peter J. Furmanick III, 42, of 812 Stonington Road, was charged Sept. 27 with two counts of violation of a protective order, second -degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Yamilka M. Torres-Rodriguez, 26, of Providence, R.I., was charged Sept. 30 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Austin Mowe, 26, of 9 Whitehall Ave., Mystic, was charged Sept. 30 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of markers, driving without minimum insurance, failure to comply with fingerprinting, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, second-degree threatening, interfering with police, reckless driving and making a terroristic threat.
