    Montville

    Timothy Depizzol, 33, of 12 Rogers Road, Norwich, was charged Oct. 9 with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Ryan Young, 33, of 74 Blackhall St., New London, was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer and extradition arrest no warrant.

    James Sandman, 43, of 199 Cranberry Bog Road, Killingly, was charged Wednesday with second-degree stalking, second-degree harassment and criminal violation of a protective order.

    Rocael Tarax, 30, of 33 Tacoma Court, Groton, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain lane while driving and driving without a license.

    Norwich

    Brianna Johnson, 31, of 56 Hunters Ave., No. 1, was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and improper use of right-hand lane while driving.

    Blayne Gower, 33, of South Dakota, was charged Oct. 9 with possession of weapons in a vehicle, carrying a pistol without a permit, improperly storing a pistol and sale of high-capacity magazines.

    Brandon McNeal, 40, of 39 Division St., was charged Saturday with violation of probation.

    Ana Fresquez, 25, of 28 Baltic St., was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

    Nicholas Spartichino, 38, of 633 New London Turnpike, was charged Saturday with violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Tiffany Despirt, 31, of 62 Scott St., No. 2, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Waterford

    Andres Gutierrez, 26, of Georgia, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on the highway.

    Alexander Esteves-Rosado, 7 Sunniecrest Drive, was charged Saturday with driving unreasonably fast for road conditions, improper registration of a vehicle, driving without a license and sixth-degree larceny.
