Noah P. Kent, 24, of 573 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Ledyard, was charged Nov. 5 with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without minimum insurance, driving with a suspended license, driving without an ignition control device, and having an improper stop/turn signal lamp.

Jeffrey C. Reynolds, 32, of 296 Meridian St. was charged Nov. 4 with driving with a suspended license and having improper rear/marker lamps.

Donovan Beard, 18, of 34 Ridgewood Ave., Waterford, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree strangulation.

Sherece Reeds, 36, of 37 S. 2nd St., Apt. C, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Melissa Serafino, 43, of 29 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a registration, failure to carry minimum insurance, drinking while driving and speeding.

Philip Gilmete, 36, of 730 State Pier Road, New London, was charged Friday with use of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, improper hand signaling for turns or stopping and possession of a controlled substance.

Michael Williams, 50, of 69 Rosemary St., New London, was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance.
