Alejandro Barajas-Garcia, 37, of 75 South Road, was charged Nov. 10 with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.

Ryan J. Jennings, 20, of 1 Crystal Lake Road, was charged Nov. 9 with driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.02% or more by a person under 21 years old.

Anissa J. Mrowka, 54, of 978 Bank St., New London, was charged Nov. 9 with interfering with an officer/resisting; assault on a public safety, EMT, transit or healthcare worker; and second-degree breach of peace.

Daniel Allen, 26, of 1 Crystal Lake Road, No. 507B, was charged Nov. 9 with second-degree breach of peace.
