Arnold Ludd, 50, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Saturday with interfering with an officer, three counts of extradition by warrant and two counts of fifth-degree larceny.

Luis Martinez-Castillo, 31, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, possession of burglary tools, failure to display license plates, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Angelo Montero-Peralta, 26, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Monday with possession of burglary tools, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.
