Matthew Gibson, 43, of 268 Flanders Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court and four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Josue Pagan, 34, of 142 Washington St., was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Nathaniel Steward, 42, of Moosup, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor, and third-degree assault.

Craig S. Roderick, 34, of 11 S. Third Ave., Taftville, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct, and third-degree assault.

Noah Wilson, 20, of 7 Krodel Road, was charged Tuesday with driving by a minor having elevated blood alcohol content.

Christian Neigel, 18, of 35 Tilley St., New London, was charged Thursday in New London with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, and second-degree strangulation/suffocation.

Casey A. Woodworth, 38, of 241 Taftville Occum Road, Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Norwich with first-degree escape.
