Frederico Delossantos-Ovalle, 33, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Sunday with possession of burglary tools, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Christopher Martinez-Cabrera, 24, of Union City, N.J., was charged Sunday with possession of burglary tools and criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Christopher Guiteras, 28, of 209 Main St., Niantic, was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Etta Lewin, 23, of 260 Shore Road, Apt. A, Old Lyme, was charged Saturday with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Alyssa Rivera, 24, of 241 Boston Post Road, Apt. C, East Lyme, was charged Friday with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.

Timothy W. Watrous, 31, of 120 N. Main St., Apt. 2, was charged Monday with violation of a standing criminal protective order.

Andrew K. Kondzierski, 64, of 67 Old Jewett City Road, Preston, was charged Nov. 26 with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry minimum insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and unauthorized possession of a controlled substance.

Ethel V. Garcia Cruz, 34, of Baltic, was charged Monday with breach of peace.
