Shannon McDonough, 33, of 156 Sheraton Lane, Norwich, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Brannin W. Prentice, 21, of 238 Plain Hill Road, Norwich, was charged Saturday with having a weapon in a motor vehicle, driving without a license and failure to obey a stop sign.

Vicente Rodriguez, 23, of 353 Washington St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Vicky Payne, 63, of 25 Lincoln Road was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
