Falyn A. Gorneault, 38, of 35 Shaw St., Apt. B, was charged Friday with evading responsibility and failure to drive upon right.

Carlos Perez, 50, of 325 Huntington St., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Michael Briggs, 51, of 15 Fern Drive, Westerly, R.I., was charged Wednesday with carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, and illegal possession of a large magazine obtained before April 5, 2013.

Jared Diclemente, 33, of Winter Garden, Florida, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Sigfori Jackson, 53, of 35 South Road, Apt. 12A, Groton, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Ricardo Mercado, 48, of 730 State Pier Road, was charged Wednesday with carrying a pistol without a permit, criminal possession of a firearm/ammunition/defense weapon, second-degree assault, and first-degree threatening.
