    Abigail Vittoria Contino, 27, of 94 Jeremy Hill Road, Stonington, was charged Wednesday with possession of a narcotic substance with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance and misuse of an emergency 911 system.

    William E. Manwaring, 43, of 16 Squire St., basement apartment, New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Ralph J. Petruzzelli, 32, of 335 Mix Ave., Apt. T1, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Groton City

    Lamoy Levy, 22, of 95 Paul Revere Road was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jose L. Vazquez-Romero, 28, of 29 Crest St., New London, was charged Wednesday with criminal possession of a firearm, carrying a dangerous weapon, and possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.

    Giovanni Acevedo-Dominguez, 23, of 22 Pine St., Waterford, was charged Wednesday with carrying a firearm without a permit, possession of a weapon in a vehicle and carrying a dangerous weapon.

    Koffi D. Gozo, 35, of Silver Spring, Md., was charged Tuesday with speeding and driving with a suspended license.

    Bradley W. Stoner, 27, of 510 Thames St. was charged Jan. 20 with failure to obey a traffic signal, carrying a dangerous weapon, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and driving with a suspended license.

    Sincere Seales, 24, of Providence, R.I., was charged Jan. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and failure to maintain the proper lane.

    Tyrus L. Hines, 40, of 107 Benham Road was charged Jan. 20 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Anthony J. Gomez, Jr., 43, of 9 Red Brook Lane, Ledyard, was charged Jan. 20 with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Cynthia A. Spence, 34, of 173 Route 12 was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

    Allison L. Bergeron, 36, of 294 Laura Blvd., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Dina M. Detillio, 42, of 13 Kamaha St. was charged Wednesday with larceny of motor vehicle and fifth-degree larceny.

    Debra C. Doroshenko, 65, of 361 Flanders Road was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.

    Alphonso J. Marcus, 52, of 111 Willetts Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.

    Robert T. Coates, 36, of 44 Central Ave., Niantic, was charged Sunday with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

    Megan H. Riley, 22, of 1290 North Road, No. 224, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, and third-degree assault.

    Richard A. Goss, 29, of 162 Mitchell St. was charged Jan. 20 with second-degree breach of peace.

    Sarahann E. Lopez, 19, of 4 Wells St. was charged Jan. 19 with second-degree breach of peace.

    Michael E. Ashley, 56, of Bloomfield, was charged Jan. 18 with sale of narcotic substance, possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Demarc S. Leach, 28, of 9 Christy Hill Road was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and criminal violation of a protective order.

    Kimberly Parker, 38, of 1 Waldo Road was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

    Natasha L. Oates, 19, of 129 Route 12, Preston, was charged Thursday with breach of peace, carrying a dangerous weapon, interfering with police, first-degree criminal mischief and assault on a public safety officer.

    Rachel McClain, 40, of 120 Cliff St. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Jesse McClain, 37, of 120 Cliff St. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Nicole M. Larkie, 42, of 67 S. Fourth Ave. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Jessica L. Lach, 51, of 162 Ross Hill Road, Lisbon, was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with unsafe backing and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Jaylen R. Melendez, 21, of 976 E. Norwich New London Turnpike, Montville, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with conveying an unauthorized item into a correctional facility.

    Radames Matos, 47, of Windham, was charged Tuesday in Montville with possession of drug paraphernalia and conveying an unauthorized item into a correctional facility.

    Ryan P. Knopf, 34, of Sprague, was charged Monday in Norwich with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Stonington

    Daniel L. Contino, 60, of 94 Jeremy Hill Road was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

    Kate M. Dufour, 44, of 287 Cossaduck Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Maxwell C. Gilmore,33, of 29 Griswold St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace.

    David I. Nemeroff, 66, of 20 Wolf Neck Road was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call and criminal violation of a restraining order.

    Jeffrey Perez, 34, of 14 Marriott Ave., Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with improper rear marker lamps, driving without minimum insurance, improper use of markers and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Oakley D. Therien, 28, of 46 Liberty St., Apt. 2B, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal trespass.

    Nicole Littlefield, 32, of Charlotte, Fla., was charged Thursday with five counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
