    Groton City

    Taki Abson, 24, of 48 Kings Highway, No. 404, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court, first-degree failure to appear in court, interfering with an officer, carrying a pistol without a permit, carrying a dangerous weapon and two counts of criminal possession of a firearm.

    Dontae W. Johnson, 23, of 1591 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with reckless driving, interfering with a police officer and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Groton Town

    Leslie K. Masten, 52, of Virginia Beach, Va., was charged Jan. 23 with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and making an improper signal for a turn or stop.

    Jackellyne Dina-Cuba Benites, 33, of Baltic, was charged Jan. 22 with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny.

    Etelvina Garcia-De La Cruz, 34, of 173 Baltic St., No. 2, Norwich, was charged Jan. 22 with fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Sarah R. Brown, 43, of 44 Park Avenue Ext., Uncasville, was charged Jan. 20 with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

    Emigdio Diaz-Echevarria, 24, of 25 Broadway Road, No. 202, Norwich, was charged Jan. 20 with driving with a suspended registration, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to stop on the right side of the road.

    Cesar A. Garcia-Reinoso, 48, of 71 Courtland Dr. was charged Jan. 19 with driving with a suspended registration and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Derrick L. Harrison, 45, of 15 Grove Ave., was charged Jan. 18 with driving with a suspended license, making an improper signal for a turn or stop and failure to obey a stop sign.

    Jeys M. Matos Melendez, 25, of 19 Terrace Ave., No. 1, New London, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Merari Astacio, 32, of 15 Mopsic Court, No. 201, was charged Monday with second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

    Michael Famodimu, 31, no certain address, was charged Monday with second-degree criminal mischief.

    Nathaniel W. Patrick, 31, of 275 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry minimum insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Tiana McGill, 22, of 31 Maple St., No. 5, was charged Jan. 24 with driving with a suspended license.

    Kyle E. Garwacki, 26, of Enfield was charged Sunday with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Samantha Lewis, 41, of 285 Boston Post Road, Apt. A, East Lyme, was charged Sunday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Derek R. Bochese, 37, of 213 West Town St., Apt. F32, Norwich, was charged Saturday in Lisbon with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and interfering with a police officer.

    Dennis P. Sheffield, 63, of 51 Shetucket Ave., Norwich, was charged Sunday in Lisbon with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Coleen E. Sheldon, 34, of 171 Laurel Hill Road, No. 2, Norwich, was charged Saturday in Sprague with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Eddy Ayala, 36, of New Britain, was charged Jan. 20 in Montville with failure to comply with fingerprinting, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Bryan M. Hallihan, 53, of 82 Lake Hayward Road, Colchester, was charged Jan. 19 in Waterford with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Chad Smith, 38, of 324 Burning Tree Dr., Groton, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Melissa Cornaglia, 46, of Wallingford, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Patrick Cole, 40, of no certain address, was charged Monday with fourth-degree larceny.

    Ashley Engelgau, 37, of 765 Broad St. Ext., was charged Monday with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    William Gannon, 34, of 197 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Monday with use of drug paraphernalia and 12 counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
